Is it just me, or are the traits on b1 kind of insane? +1, mid, wallsplat, heat engager, 18 frames fast... yeah I could see Lidia players abusing that.
And like her heaven and earth stance can only be entered while she Is in heat. She feels a little bit sluggish too.She doesn't feel like as fast.Something to me, feels different about her.She doesn't feel smooth like she did in the previous game
Yeah. Either Raina has her moves or they're a different buttons But from what i've seen from playing her she has most of her moves She's definitely not OP anybody.That says she does is a dummy. To be honest, it's her stance that makes her not as strong.She can't block in them and you can't cancel them out so pretty much.If you let people start to be aggressive and go through stance , you can interrupt it
True, everybody was talking about her armouring on stance transitions, and one of the first issues I noticed online is how easy it is for anyone to simply jab her out of the stances.
She can hold back to get out of stance so she can block. Mostly everything that goes into stance on block can be relatively safe except 122 and db3. General idea for aggro Lidia is to either crouch jab if she goes into stance since it beats a lot of options, including HaE parry since it's a special low OR let her overplay her hand with stances and punish nonsense she tries
From my experimentation, she takes 8 frames to leave stance. Her 1,2,2 is -8 and i can punish with anything up to i16, any slower and she can block. Similarly her 2,2 is -4 which you can punish with an i12. Her df2 transition is 0 on block which is -8 in reality meaning any of her transitions that are noted as 0 are all safe. Problem is though her f,f2 which should be -3 with this formula might as well be -9. Sure it's safe on block but you do not get any ability to step
i only knows one move in tekken 7 and that is b+4,4,4 something tiger back leg blah blah blah.... and they Fucking removed it. now only b+4 and nothing. lidia is very difficult with ps4 controller but king is very easy in tekken 8
@@TheJakeJackson You can. Horse Stance 2 heat engager gives 1 level, do HS2 again for level 2, and there's enough heat left to do it again. Realistically, no one is going to let it happen unless they're really mashing. There might be other ways, I haven't looked into it, but you can definitely get to level 3 install in 1 round

I've been absolutely destroying every Lydia player with Asuka. To be fair though I'm only at mighty ruler 200,000.
All of lidia's move is mid u can sabaki or parry her moves

I more interested about how many of her moves to stance transition is launch punishable.
It takes 8 frames to cancel the stance, so a move that enters stance at -4 like 2, 2 is effectively -12

You can block cat 4 (the sweep) and i think you can launch if she dont block afterwards and tries another move from SW

Lidia can get ALL 3 CHARGES of Heaven & Earth at the start of a match if you use a HEAT ENGAGER and spam the stance.
No she can't, her first use of H&E costs the entire heat gauge. The heat cost of the stance goes down with more stocks.
