Lidia is a great character, she doesn't really need any buffs, but she does need some behavioral changes on certain moves and I feel at points she's a bit too linear to the point of not making sense. Her Hit box needs to be ajusted on certain moves as well.

This changed over time now everyone wants to game but don’t wanna put the work in practice more maybe you’ll see that’s what makes you better instead needing buffs in games. It’ll take longer

She seems to rely heavily on knowledge checks so I agree, when people learn how to play against her she won't seem nearly as strong
She's not a botton smash character, she Excel in parry and punish. If youre more on smashing lidia is not for you.
