I really want to use them but that would help a lot to do it that way so when the deal closes there is enough capital to do their monthly service!

sub to is cool but im scared of the paper and the complicated stuff but i know what you need now tho you put in a PSA then A release to get information then a limited power of attorney then probable 1-2 other documents
