I truly appreciate every instrument played. That’s why I love rock bands. Not only do they play their instruments/ music live, then they go ahead and do acoustic versions of their songs. Thats such dedication and hard work. 💕
This is a rare occasion where using the word underrated with a pretty popular band is correct. They did have a some huge songs that gave them some really good radio play but I feel that they weren’t as big as they deserved. Lots of big name bands can’t pull it off live like they did. They made a lot of noise for just being a 3 piece. I mean look at my world and all the same, the songs are super simple they don’t get much simpler than that any guitar player could play the songs pretty early on in their playing but they were arranged perfectly with just the right amount of everything. When you can make a song that good being that simple that’s when you know some real talent exists in the band in my opinion less can be so much more and very hard to pull off. Plus they are all very good looking people lol!! Their new singer is great but nobody can replace shim. Hopefully they can reunite someday.
this song continues to mesmerize me, hugs aside it has had special significance for me. then just when i thought i had my fill for now, i can't stop re-playing the bass player's backing vocals starting at 4:00.
I saw Sick Puppies live in Seattle with Hinder,Staind,and 3 Doors Down headlining and they were all amazing.That was back just before the Free Hugs thing became big.

I remember so clearly cuz I was there AWESOME! Not only them but others hit it off in the states 99X was the best back then a long with 96rock. WHAT HAPPENED TO NEW ROCK/ALTERNATIVE ROCK IN GEORGIA Spanish music? Like really? WTH
Lori Price what happened is that there is no money in it, it costs more money to make good rock music than it you make from it, if a band like this tried to come up they would be in debt. People don’t even want to pay 99 or 1.29 per song on iTunes anymore, they pay like 3 dollars for a Apple Music subscription and when I tell my family that streaming doesn’t make the artist money they tell me I’m wrong. Anyone smart enough to make good music now is also smart enough to get a practical job. Anyone who gets signed to label doesn’t care about being creatively restricted by the label and that’s why modern music is so stagnant, they aren’t making solid albums and only release like 3 good singles and a bunch of crap now because that’s all they’ll profit from anyways.
He doesn’t sound good live. That was a weakness for this band. Also the songwriting wasn’t the best. They hit with this song and had something that a lot of bands don’t so good for them. Just my opinion…
