Personally i can't tell much of a difference between the two. Maybe they got better eyes than I do but really. If you didn't tell me a different studio made this i probably wouldn't have known. And I love this show.

Dont know man... garou's arc isnt finished yet in manga... webcomic already finished but i think they will wait for murata's manga before greenlight the new season... and i hope another studios will take the helm... bones... production ig... ir sunrise... i'm done with jc staff... its good but i dont think it live up to as manga adaptation... the manga of opm is the best action i ever read

When i read the manga i expecting smooth flow martial arts movement but what we mostly get is just a shitty transition like slideshow and blue flash to cover up the hand and body martial art movement... not to said the pacing was also terrible... i didnt even get to care most of the moment of season 2 which supposedly as epic as in manga... garou vs metalbat... the tournament... jc staff clearly didnt invest much time to opm2 and create a smooth flow animation... still i think they did a good job though... opm manga is one of the manga with best art i ever read... to recreate those art require time and talent which jc staff dont have obviously... imma give this season 7/10... the manga is 9.5/10

For those who don't know: in the manga, Saitama actually used Serious Series: Serious Punch on that centipede. I love it when Saitama gets that serious muscular look. Funny and badass at the same time 😂

Quite a bit more. Way early on, Genos incinerated a mountain with ease, and he fired a way stronger beam *from the inside* and it didn't even fully break it's shell. You need a meganuke or something.
I agree that season 2 in the beginning started off a little rough but it definitely got better the closer it got to finale and great animation ,can't wait for season 3

One Punch Man is similar to Dragon Ball Z, in the sense that although Goku was almost always the one who saved the day aside from the Cell Saga, the story was carried more by the characters around him. Saitama is the end all be all solution, but the story flows better through the eyes of the other characters and the struggles that they face, like Genos striving to be better but always falling short and needing his master to rescue him
Garou is only 18/19 at this point, that just shows how dedicated was and is in hir pursuit of becoming the strongest.

Nonetheless its less epic in my opinion, since jc staff failed to deliver the scene in the manga, and instead giving unnecessary flashback on king's side which is non manga canon
They say in this episode that Blast nearly defeated the Centipede but as usual, it's a one-punch for Saitama. This pretty much confirms Blast will not be anywhere near as powerful as Saitama (because we were all wondering if maybe Blast was another one-puncher).

That's a Good Closure Ending of Season 2 for J.C. Staff they really put their Best and Efforts for the Final Episode and I'm hoping Madhouse or MAPPA to handle the Season 3 in the future.

The only reason season 2 looked like this because the people who animated season 1 were unavailable. They were working on different projects
What people doesnt get is that King have 2 INSANE abilities.. 1: Metaluck, the author is bassicly protecting him, so he cant die NO MATTER WHAT.. 2: Stand, he is able to get people to help him and stand in for him (you will see this more later in the series) Now Saitama is his number 1 stand, King is atleast as strong as saitama, they are 2 sides of the same coin.
People don't understand King. He's the OP hero because his luck is 11/10. Whenever King is in mortal danger, Saitama appears and saves him. King is a hero 100% and he proves that when he stands in front of Centichoro with no power, he PUTS HIMSELF in mortal danger even though it scares him so terribly because he hopes he'll be saved in time. King also isn't certain he'll be saved as he screams in fear for Saitama.
Also shout-out to my mans Garou, all he wanted to do was shoot the fair one.

I would like to agree on the Levi statement, but his blades would be rendered ineffective due to the hard exoskeleton that is unaffected by Genos's Cannons.
