Police Chasing Gunmen Crashed In Harbor View.

It is alleged that the police gave chase to a motor vehicle, after signaling the driver to stop who refused. A chase ensued which ended with the two vehicles colliding with each other in the vicinity of the Total gas station in Harbor View.
