Charles trusted Henry enough to take down the Toppats with him instead of joining them. I feel like he has a more positive perspective of him because of that.
This entire route is basically like things going from bad to worse the more anyone tries to stop Henry. well, except poor Ellie, who was betrayed at the wall.

jewel baron is one of the best endings. henry was running short on cash so that's why he tried robbing the bank and stole the diamond. after stealing the ruby and emerald, henry is not short on cash anymore. he basically got what he wanted
It's so satisfying simple. He accomplished the goal he had from the very first game. Sure, he made no allies, but he never made any enemies, and it doesn't seem like Dimitri or the government will be able to come after him for anything, considering he was just casually eating cereal at home when CtM started.

In this ending Henry is a big bully. :He killed many Toppat members, destroyed their airship, stole their Ruby, Left Ellie to rot, Betrayed the government, Stole the Toppat clan's Emerald, Destroyed their orbital station and killed their leader and his Right Hand Man.
Henry didn’t even betray the government in this timeline. They just let him go without giving him a pardon and just ignore the help so Government is just a neutral faction.
