Its the team's system that concedes goal, not a particular defender. For example what if the other cb or wingbacks are pretty bad or the GK makes hell lot of mistakes. This list is based on interceptions, tackles, aerials won and such individual traits and not goals conceded. I hope this helps.
the fact that dortmund has such a world class defender but still concedes a lot of goals just showed that how inconsistent the other defensive players are. if they keep the form they had recently throughout the whole season, the would definitely be the champion
