- A short match at a training between me (in black) an a not at all warmed up Magoo (Marcus Johansson). 10-12, 8-11 with my numbers first. I used a Palio TCT with Barna Original Super Glanti 1,6 mm and Yinhe Jupiter II max (black). Magoo tried some DMS Reflection on a Neubauer Matador Texa. The ball we used was a Stiga Perform ABS.

I’m enjoying your videos, thank you! I am a low level OX LP penholder, planning on buying a bat for anti. Any thoughts about carbon vs hard wood blade? Candidates for me would be some cheap Chinese blades with Walnut outer (probably similar to Matador), Stiga Offensive Classic WRB, Yasaka Ma Lin EO, or perhaps Palio C-1 or R57. I generally like the feel of wood blades more, but I like lighter blades too, and want something slow but still good for anti, so I need to make compromises 😬 I will probably get Störkraft or Scandal in 0.8/0.9. I didn’t know if there are other factors I am not considering? Any advice you could offer would be great :) Thank you!
I would go for a light and stiff blade. Carbon layer is usually good. Yinhe T1 (or T1s) is a good one. I use Palio TS3, wich is a little faster and stiffer than T1 (and probably not better for anti, but better for my FH).
Sorry, I missed the last part of your message. If you are using 0.8 mm anti then T1s will be too fast. Stiga Allround CR may also be good (I fid bot like Stiga Offensive). Don't know about the others. But T1s with 1.6 mm Störkraft would be good I think.
I appreciate your thoughts :) I had read somewhere about the T-6, but hadn’t considered the T-1/1s before or the Allround CR, so I will definitely check those out. Thanks very much!
Good Job my friend, what do you say about Vortex? ABS 2 Evo is better or Vortex? Also, i have question to you about combination blades? Have you played ever with any combination blade? And which blade maximize distrup effect and control for ABS 2 evo. Also, i use forehand side to attack with spinny rubber and i play near to the table.
I have not tried ABS 2 Evo, but my opponent in the video did. Better spin reversal than Vortex with Stiga Perform balls but also faster. A matter of taste...
I have used a few combination blades but only tried them briefly. DMS Wizard (or wizard fire) works good. Every different anti requires their special blade that suits the anti and your style. I don't know what would be best for ABS 2 Evo and for you.

Do you like the Stiga ABS ball or is there any better (in your opinion)?
Stiga Perform is ok for pure offensive game but it has very little spin. So not good good for my game ..

Hola , soy Sebastián. Jugador de nivel intermedio de Argentina. Juego estilo lapicero. Uso Anti en el reves. Antes jugaba con puntos largos.personalmente Para la recepción me fue más útil las gomas Anti , pero depende del gusto. Hasta hace un mes usaba puntos cortos en el drive. Actualmente uso lisa.

@@mikacmr He uses SG with a thin special sponge (not sure wich one, he changes often). He also change blades a lot, sometimes Matador, sometimes Barna-blades, sometimes other.

I have been using Jupiter 2 a lot, very good rubber and very cheap (good value for money). It has nice speed and good control and spin. A more controlled version of H3, and you do not need as much arm force to get good speed as with H3. But H3 has more spin and higher arc.

@@markusmaier2325 Not sure, could be ttnpp or eacheng. I used 39 degree sponge, 37 was too slow and mushy for me.

When you hit with the grippy side, you miss. You need anti on both sides, this combo will be invincible.
