It's been a long time since I read it. I can't believe you summed it up in less than an hour. 😂 Good job! I used to read a bit of Russian literature from around that period and I think Dostoevsky just barely nudges out Tolstoy as my fave. In book club last week when I mentioned Karamazov vibes I was thinking of Camus' character seeming to be amoral like one of the Brothers Karamazov, obviously the murderer one. 😅 Funny you mentioning the names. I remember now how this name meant son of or daughter of so and so and everyone seemed to have titles. I can't remember exactly how it all went, either. I eventually went back to sci-fi and fantasy. I do need to finish the Camus, though! I think shit's 'bout to get real for Meursalt! 😮
Best retelling of Anna Karenina ever!!!! Can't get over "Vronsky spitting game"!
I channeled my inner Vronsky
It was better than sitting in a college lit class, right? 😅
@@mochiluvr6753 More students would definitely read the book if he was teaching. 😊

I felt like I was going for a long time so I sped through it! I love crime and punishment! Maursault messed up!
@SupadupawithPapi Oh, yes, Crime and Punishment contains one of my favotite written passages. Though my favorite Dostoyevsky is The Idiot.
I like this guy haha
