because there's something called remakes and copyright crediting. hope this helps.
also, just fyi, remaking refers to redoing a song in another language or the same language with some tweaks. it isn't the same as copying because when copying a song involves taking the beats or tune from a song and then rearranging it and presenting it as an original song with new lyrics and vibes.
Many of them have Hindi versions done by the same composed Jeet Ganguly. Others, like Purnadas Baul were paid for royalty and the remake clearly states the new version to be remake of the original.
This is happened because many of the songs are choreographed by jeet ganguly...the bengali song "mon hariye beghore " was sung by jeet ganguly ..then the song "tuta hua saaz hu main" was choreographed by jeet ganguly and sung by arijit singh

Komola sundori was first sung by Pratima Pandey in goalparia language
Then they remake it in Bengali language and called it Bhalo koira bajao go
It was further renaked by Dr. Bhupen Hazarika in Assamese language and called Gouri puriya Gavoru dekhilu...
Recently payal dev and jubin Nautiyal remarked it in Bengali × Hindi and called it Dotara
No it was first sung by Nirmalendu Chowdhury in 1958, in bengali, then it was remake in goalparia language.
