- Follow Us as we share with you our recent stay experience at Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa! We booked ourselves a Deluxe King Sea View room for this 2 days 1 night staycation, and were allocated room number 919 for our stay.
Although the fixtures and fittings were a tad dated as this was a rather established property, the software which was the hospitality team made up for it in ways over and beyond our expectations. We were warmly received and enjoyed great service throughout our stay. The F&B offerings were of a high standard and we enjoyed dining at the Silver Shell Cafe which offered palatable local and international dishes as well as full-flow alcoholic beverages at price range so wallet-friendly by hotel/resort standards.
We also enjoyed engaging in water sports at the beach front, and checked out the children facilities such as Nestopia and Cool Zone.
It was all in all an enjoyable stay and we look forward to going back again very soon!

I am only part way through the vlog but these bed tests just keep getting better and better! Shaun i have to say that your bed test technique has improved dramatically -- i am so proud of you ! Jim thank you for taking us out on the balcony. Coverage of standing showers and working desks is all very good. But that view ... exquisite !!

This is a resort we recommend to stay, it don't feel like you in Sg, it's pocket friendly to have free beach activities and affordable FnB. Tell you husband to plan a romantic stay there with you 😉

It's really a good resort to stay, really one night is not enough.
We enjoy th free activities and the food, the food is really delicious and affordable.

Hi Jim and Shaun. Great video again. Of course the food quality is outstanding if the F & B manager is from Germany, ha,ha. How do you guys manage it to get always this impressive welcome gifts? Even as an elite member i usually get nothing or when i am lucky, a fruit basket. And you are definately too old for those kids slides, ha,ha.

But I am disappointed that you guys did not visit Trapizza that is also part of the hotel features too. It is an amazing and authentic Italian restaurant. You must review it if u can.
We actually planned to visit but we were told the char kuay teow is super good.
We will go back again for chinese speaking video ^_^

I am going to rasa sentosa this weekend so your video came just in time. can i also check if they really need both confirmation booking slip and card key in order to enter the pool even though I have already booked the slot.

We are very happy with the FnB price, very reasonable for a resort. You gonna have a good time there.
To enjoy the facilities, you need to have the wrist strap and check in safe entry only :)
We hope you agree with us Ritz-Carlton club room is really value to stay.
