totally agree with you here. But what would be nice to see like one comparison example between phase 1 BIS arms str set versus arpen set but not jsut swapping gems but also the trinkets armor everything to see highest sims from both worlds for phase 1. thanks for your work it's really interesting.

It does not change because the gloves and the chest are just too good However it does not matter if you socket str or arp now But the sim thing is still in beta, and When you see one bug, you know there are more hiding one example would be that the 4 set does not proc often enough (at least not from my experience)
4 set str is bis for aoe and horde ST Aliance can go 2 set with 7% crit and works wonders bc grim toll, but even 4 ally, u wanna gem full str untill u can softcap arp in ulduar with mjolnir. And even than, its most likely only in full bis bc u dont loose to much str
Also sth to consider, weapons in uld are hot garbage for arms and idk if they will implement the 2.45k rating axe that would be bis. Otherwise we might go sword shenanigans with asears edge or vezzy hc/yogg 1 light polearms that arent the greatest idea bc they are 3.5 and you want 251 weapon but u wont use haste nor hit from yogg and vezzy hm polarm with arp crit is 10 man so most likely 245ish ilvl

You are 100% dead wrong. Deep wounds does scale off of armor pen as you crit higher on your attacks and that’s what increases deep wounds damage. Bleeds also aren’t even half our damage, we aren’t feral druids. Actually check the top logs and not your own so you see what the BEST players are doing
No, you're wrong. How big the crit is doesn't matter for deep wounds. If you read the tooltip - it does 48% of the average weapon damage. Average weapon damage can be found on your character sheet. Average weapon damage scales with strength.

all the weapons with 203.6 dps are good, I would say cryptfiend is best
and then deaths bite unless you are orc

ye armor pen is best fully avoided until you can reach ~700 passive + trinket with proc
You seems to be running glyph of heroic strike, is there any reason for that and what did you swap it out with?
