im not joking this is a serious theory, a bizzare day thought the star platinum without a rework was good so they reworked it so it was the best stand for a short bit (a couple of days) and then they made it worse than the normal star platinum with no rework so it they did a op rework for a bit and then nerfed it a lot to hide the huuuuuuuuuuuuuge nerf that was for no reason.

Star Platinum was op even before its rework. Little kids complain about how it’s “Bad at pvp.” It’s extremely good if you can land your hits and know when to use your moves. All you had to do was use Star Breaker, then immediately hit Ora Strike to deal double damage. After that follow up with an iggy throw which has a LARGE hitbox and use star finger. Then barrage or repeat the combo. (This was before its TA4 level knockback rework). Now it’s incredibly op with the surprise attack and rage mode, AND Timestop. You can even charge R now and the barrage is op.
now the stand is broken if you barrage ur stuck in the barrage animation and it does no damage and it permanently slows u down until u die and r only does damage when u press G and t the knife goes in the ground so the only working things is Y (sometimes) F ,G, H,Z,X,C,V,P,N

When the devs rework the emperor 5 times Gun=MINIGUN Minigun=rocket laucher Rocket launcher=nuke Nuke=a aircraft carrier who also drop nuke Aircraft carrier=da big boom So the emperor is actually the sTrOnKeSt stand when there will be 5 reworks of it
To be honest this star platinum is 10 times more balanced, the other one was really too op, you couldn’t get near to SP users because of the extremely big hitbox punches and the knockback, and also the old T move was both extremely good for mobility and for damage
