Idk if the law varies from state to state or not but, as far as I know, if you're in public there is no expectation of privacy. Regardless of what the law is I don't feel the employee had the right to snatch his phone from him.
Walmart has a NO video policy. Always had.

Yep 03-04 jeep wj...I had mine stolen a few years ago and they used it to boost also .. fortunately i did recover her... The chick emptied the cart because she didn't want to use a bigger one or to lazy to go grab one lol I see people do it all the time at the one near me...
