I know the song is pretty much just her talking in a low, raspy tone. I think it would sound really corny if any artist tried talk as if they were having phone sex over the mic hahaha

So you are correct-as far as the spoken versus go, she’s never done them live and most likely for the reason you mention-it would be difficult to recreate the sultry vocal in a live setting.
