Just finished viewing. I view this act as real as it tells much about the current practices, common in the highlands region in PNG and maybe elsewhere. I rate it 100%, as it shows almost nil sign of acted out show.
Ain't bad a reality check for girls from remotest parts of PNG facing everyday struggles to cope up with.Some do go to further their education whilst others are deprived due to traditional obligations which tremendously affects their personal life into the future. This movie is a classical example of the traditional norms being placed upon vulnerable girls back home in rural parts of the country. Some see light at the end of the tunnel but so many others don't due to all this traditional restrictions that still play a crucial role in decision making into the future.TA!
