I had something similar, and turned out it was my new lip gloss. I went to my doctor asking her if I had diabetes etc, she laughed and told me to stop using the lip gloss or lipstick I just bought, and it worked.

i had this and the doctor said it could be lack of vitamin e. They gave me supplements and i started rubbing vitamin e oil in my lips cuz it had started to spread and it was gone in a month or so.
