I'm guessing since this was uploaded in 2011 that episode 18 was the most recent episode that was out, since I can't see any clips from S1-E19 and beyond. 18 was all you could go up to. Actually, this has been solved. Anime is the Japanese term for anything animated. To them, any cartoon is anime, and any anime is technically a cartoon. Cartoons are a series of drawings like those found in newspapers and shows like young justice are called "animated cartoons", animated = anime.
