Visa D - FAMILY REUNION with NON-EU SPOUSE (art. 10&10bis)
Required documents:
1. National passport into which a visa can be affixed and which is valid for more than 12 months
2. Completed and signed national Belgian visa application form with 1 recent color photograph (5x3cm)
with white background glued on the application form www.vfsglobal.c...
3. Copy of proof of payment of the contribution covering administrative costs.

5. Copy of the identity page of your passport
A) From Non-EU Spouse, residing in Belgium
6. Copy of the residence permit (front + back)
7. Proof that the person being joined has sufficient accommodation: Copy of proof of ownership of a house/apartment or a registered copy of the rental contract.
8. Proof (at least six last months) that the person being joined has stable, regular and sufficient means of subsistence to meet his own needs and those of the members of his family and avoid them becoming a burden on the public authorities. 9. Proof that the health insurance (mutualiteit/mutualité) of the person being joined agrees to cover the risks in Belgium for the visa applicant.
OR:
Copy of private travel insurance of the visa applicant valid in Belgium and covering a minimum of 30.000€ medical costs for a minimum period of 3 months (This document does not have to be provided in case the spouse in Belgium can prove that you will be registered on his/her health insurance in Belgium). Please refer for the list of recognized local insurance companies via following link: www.vfsglobal....
B) From both spouses

10. Proof of marriage: copy of marriage certificate
C) From the visa applicant
11. Copy of birth certificate
12. Copy of divorce certificate (in case of previous marriage)
13. Copy of death certificate of your previous spouse / partner (if any)
14. Medical certificate (+1 copy) attesting that the applicant is not carrying any of the diseases which might endanger public health. india.diplomati...
15. Certificate attesting to the lack of any convictions for crimes or offences under common law (+1 copy).
Remarks:
1. The applicant has to submit his/her application by him/herself. (All the documents issued by a government authority should be submitted in original)
2. Please make TWO copies (legible) of all documents mentioned above (front and back). Documents have to be arranged in the above order and are to be submitted in 2 separate files.
3. The applicant needs to do all legalizations of official documents before submitting the visa application.
4. Minimum age of both spouses must be 21 years old (18 years if marriage took place before the spouse came to Belgium).
5. Additional documents, even if not featured in the list above, may be required by the Embassy.
6. The administrative fee is non-refundable if the visa is denied.

Hello, It’s been 5 months already in this case I would suggest to call Belgium embassy and I think they will provide you one phone number where you can explain the situation. They may help you to share the status.

Yes, if you are in Belgium when you transfer money on the account you put the amount and next you will see reference : 2 types : one is standard and 2nd one is the one where you need to update. If you still can’t find let me know.

Hello, They ask for 6 months payslip when we apply for dependent Visa. Where did you check for 3 months ?. I will double check the latest process.
For accommodation indeed there are many scams happening so do not pay in advance to anyone. You can use immoweb site to search for an accommodation. Let me know if you need more info

@@Dochdochdoch01 : I would suggest to apply with whatever you have 1/2/3 months payslip, the whole process takes time and if they need payslips for more months, they normally notify, so you can provide that later as well.

Also, my husband has a long term visa for 10 yrs (i assume i will get the same duration). In this case, if i get my visa stamped in july, can i enter belgium only in December or i hve to enter withing 3 months or a certain time.

Congratulations for your Visa.
While vfs document submission process if you already given your passport to them (vfs office) then you dnt need to worry, they will stamp it and send your passport within a week.
If this is not the case you need to check your email or call they will ask to come for stamping. Or proactively you can call your vfs and inform then and book an appointment for stamping. Once it is done you are good to go anytime within few months.
Stamping in july and enter in December may cause issues because there is a timeframe (within 3 months) after stamping you need to fly, you can check that.

But you can check the visa if it is multi entry then you can go in December else you need to wait for RP card.

Could you please share with me the format of the accepted rental agreement or in detail process from where we can get that. Thank you.
It is not a rental contract, they might have asked for registered rental contract, you can ask your owner to share the registered house contract.

Hello 😊, if you are a student it is not possible to raise dependent visa. Only for PHD students it is possible.

In the document processing there is nothing mentioned as such however I have seen some cases where if the salary is low that may impact the decision. As per my opinion if the salary is 2500 + then no issues

Hello, As per the guidelines they ask at least 6 months payslip. However I would suggest you to call your vfs center and ask them if 2-3 months would be ok or not ?

Yes you need to have the travel insurance as they will ask you the copy at vfs office. I would suggest to take 6 months as belgium visa processing is bit slow.
Language form is not mandatory but please fill that and get a copy of it with your documents.

Hello, you can directly pay from Belgium account. It will be easy. The amount will be in euros.

They will ask you then it’s up to you.
Better to submit and they will send it back to your address after stamping. If you dnt submit then for visa stamping you need to go again to vfs.

@@poojabisht08 Yes, he should have at least 6 month’s salary slips because that will be needed during your VFS appointment. Once your have all the documents then there will be no problem for visa processing.

Hello, As you are staying in an apartment with other tenants it’s a bit difficult to use the same contract : example if you r staying in 3 bedroom apartment so legally the house allowed capacity is 3 person or registration max. If you use the same contractor the legal department may refuse as there is no sufficient means of accommodation for your family. I would suggest get a new house and use that house contract with registered contract.
Second part is regarding company accommodations that is also fine but it should have valid accommodation info.
For this part I suggest to check with your commune.

1. It takes minimum 3-4 months so probably next month you will receive it.
2. As she is already in India for 6 months, this could be a problem. Better to send an email to your commune and share this info may be they can share any temporary letter. But try to get 2nd part cleared from commune or immigration office.

Hello Parth, check with your owner if the contract allows occupancy for 1 more person then you can use your existing one.
If not, you need to take new apartment and use that contract for processing.

I don’t think this is possible because you need to show your income proof so that you can bear your dependent expenses.
Can we apply for dependent visa on study visa of masters?
No I think that will not work.. because when you raise dependent visa they will ask you what do you do and your income/payslip….if no income meaning you can not take care of your dependent as per them..and they will simply reject… so try to connect your vfs office and ask them is there any other way ?

What is police clearance ? And my medical certificate also required?

The process is easy but make sure you have all the documents.
Police clearance meaning PCC to know if you have any criminal record or not. And yes you need your medical C.

You can bring your dependent with you also..there is nothing like you need to stay specific years…. If you are in Belgium(anytime) then can apply your dependent visa and after approval….dependent can travel 😊

@@SamjhanaPaudel-l9l When you apply for dependent visa you need to apply for your baby also…and if you are on dependent visa you can work in belgium no issue..I think some small governance process needs to be followed.

@@rishubhawanidin6989 actually if you get the MC done from suggested Hospital or doctors it will be easy.. because they are know to Belgium embassy…for other I have no idea how much time they take to verify.

Yes they can travel but please check with your vfs center, there would be minor conditions but no risk as such.
