Something that might be of interest to yall is the creator commentary for thee series from the blu-ray. The audio version with no episodes are floating around RUclips as well.
Anyways, in the commentary for this episode, Justin Roiland (voice of Rick and morty) says basically that he just went into the recording booth, improved a lot of skits, then just gave them to the animators and said make it work.
it must be stressful and unique to have to try and animate this sort of episode. It must be hella fun and rewarding tho

Props to the animators, I love the style of R&M and the fact that the animation is consistent across episodes. I don't think this show will ever need an upgrade in animation like South Park for example.
Calvin seemed genuinely moved at 8:56 onwards, it was really sweet to see

It's just so cool that Justin Roiland improvises all that stuff! Also huge props to the animation team for working with such a wonky "script" and create something so hilarious and cool! Especially with "Two Brothers".
Always astounds me, especially when it comes to interdimensional Cable.
The improvisation bits just create such a great tone to the show and the comedic timing is just perfect 😂
And the Gazorpazorpfield part was edited out, dammit.

This ep demands repeat viewings. Didn't appreciate it first time round, now i think real fake doors is one of the funniest skits I've ever seen.

The other thing about the old Garfield cartoon is, a lot of people used to think it was Bill Murray voicing him because they both have that signature bored/monotone sound. When the movie came out and Bill Murray was cast for it, people were like "yeah, that makes a lot of sense". Kind of like Patrick Stewart as Professor X, it's the actor people often imagined in the role.

Oh shit, the device Rick gives them to look at alternate reality versions of themselves is the same device he used in Rick Potion No. 9 to find a new reality for him and Morty.
When they were asking Rick all those questions about the hamster show it was exactly what my kids do lol . We're all.watching the same thing but somehow I'm supposed to know what why where and when lol . That just made me laugh.
This, incl ep 6, convinced me R&M is the best animated show period. I was almost a little sad they didn't discuss the part where Morty points out the futility of life to Summer, which I consider to be one of the best moments of the show, making clear it's so much more than a comedy show. Anyway, loved you guy's reaction.

Summer was focusing on the wrong part of this situation.
It wasn’t that life is boring when she exists, it’s that Beth and Jerry settle down to start a family, if they didn’t meet/stay together, then they wouldn’t even have kids.
This is one of my favorite episodes. The comedy just feels so natural in this one

Just finished watching season 2 and it's so good. I thought they couldn't top some of those season 1 episodes but they somehow improved. They are just consistently good both throughout the season and the episode.

I have been in RUclips for many years and watched a ton of videos and subscribed to a lot of channels, and I can truly say, this is one of the best channels of RUclips, not because it haves a big budget to produce content, or because they are opportunists that follow the trends, but because they are just a bunch of guys watching some shows and speaking their mind, and sometimes that's all you need
Infinite TV. You can watch any version of any show. Didn't like the way a show ended? There's a reality for every other possible ending.
It's a valuable message. There are so many ways your life could have turned out. So much you might have missed out on. Your life might have been completely different if not for a few little chance occurrences building up over time to where you are today. But you can't waste your time thinking about what could have been. You have to make peace with the life you have now and the fact that you'll never actually get to watch Ball Fondlers.

I look forward to the Rick and Morty reactions every week, but I like that you're taking your time with it. Another reactor channel binge watched the entire series and posted their reactions daily. They were all caught up in no time. There's only two seasons that are completed. Season 3 just started.
I would watch a version of Game of Thrones where all the characters are the animals that represent them.
Lol, Joffrey, Tommen and Myrcella are all just lion cubs with antlers glued on, pretending to be deers.

Justin roiland (the guy who voices both rick AND morty) the burps he does with ricks voice are actually real and he achieves them by drinking alcohol , this episode was all improv he did whilst drunk after a recording sesh and the animators had to take that audio and find a way to make it into an episode ALSO another fact is that in the UNCUT version of this episode towards the end where its showing the news report with the alternate jerry showing up at the alternate beth's house the rick of that universe then shows up kills jerry and say's " hey honey was that guy bothering you ? I brought you the bird seed you asked for " or something to that effect.
Everybody loves Two Brothers, but Gazorpazorpfield is my favorite sketch from this episode. I love "I'm Gazorpazorp-fucking-field, bitch. Now give me my fucking enchiladas" with the little laugh at the end.

I really hope you guys react to Gravity Falls one day. It has an amazing story that's filled with mysteries, shocks, and amazing humor too. and if you like shows referencing previous occurrences than your gonna love this show.
It's even funnier knowing that Justin Roiland was ad libbing all of those lines for the inter-dimensional cable. He improvised all of those lines, and then they animated all of the whacky stuff he said after the fact. That's why you can hear him laughing so many times during the trailers and commercials. Justin Roiland does many of the male character voices on the show, including Rick and Morty.
