Acne is fluoride poisoning, they actually used to call it halogen acne (fluoride is a halogen on the periodic table of elements). Read the book, The Hidden Cause of Acne, it cured my 20 years of cystic acne. I did try accutane along the way and I did later get premature gray hair. Thank you for talking about the dangers of accutane. Much worse things happened to me from the drug, but it's private so I won't share it here.

Got all of my bloodwork done. I was definitely deficient in vitamin d and copper. Everything else was fine.

@@LesliesNewPrime I’m working on the copper right now and will update you. But vitamin D changed everything. I feel happier all the time and so much energy. My testosterone levels went through the rook and I notice the grey hair slowed down. I think once my copper is good I should see my hair turned black again

Hi Leslie, from last 3 months haven't seen any new video so hope you're all fine.
Glucose in the bloodstream down regulates AMPK. Actually for autophagy to take place AMPK has to be up regulated and this cannot proceed with meals containing carbohydrates and proteins because glucose is released in the bloodstream which is then sensed by AMPK. So how does spermidine work with meals to begin autophagy? Kindly explain the science in detail. I think it would be effective to take a spermidine empty stomach with water. But you prefer it with meals. Why?
I wonder this and can't seem to get an answer from any of the spermidine supplement makers. I take mine in the morning first thing on empty b/c I just can't seem to see how it would work with food.
I took acutane when I was 15- for about 9 months (2002). I got off of it when I didn’t need it anymore. During that period, I experienced dry skin, hormone rages, anger, etc. (I took Zoloft for a bit).
Haven’t touched it since but I do wonder why I’ve been graying earlier. I’m in my late 30s now. Sure, I get compliments for my “silver fox” look but my face hasn’t aged. If anything, people still think I’m 28-30. Yes, I still use moisturizer (head to toe) and I shampoo my hair once every 10 days (applying coconut, rosemary and peppermint oil for my dry skull before rinsing it off with shampoo). I have lost a little hair at the temple (started around 23ish). It seems it’s all I’ll lose but it does worry me a bit.
Any solutions?

I took accutane when i was 20 years old. Found my first greys as 26 year old after trying a new hairstyle
( Tight box braiding with fake hair). I think that stressed my hair as i kept it for 2 whole weeks. Greys is not normal in my family.. i guess its because of accutane as well...

Recently in September i noticed white hair.. so Dr tested blood and i found i had deficiency in iron vitamin d and ferritin plus cholesterol levels were above average.
i am now supplementing vitamin d zinc glutathione magnesium, vitamin c powder , b vitamins ,b12 shot and got an iron infusion plus intestinal health tablets :for parasites/thyroid/stress/Neurological & lactose intolerance .
I eat meat now and did have lots of stress which i am now eliminating any stress if i can.. plus i had bleeding hemorrhoids.. Next am
checking for thyroid t3t4 and my hormones.. haven't done liver /kidney checks yet .. i wasn't dog walking but have been doing a lot since my crisis (when i started getting white hair (when i had ONLY a few silver's through my medium-dark blonde hair )
Am usually doing gluten free, dairy free and Candida diet on most days when i can.. but have been having yoghurt.. milk in coffee and some coca cola for fun times. I have added more fruits, veges and berries to my diet too. Plus 2 protein meals a day. And a light dinner.
Is there hope for me.. as my hair being white on sides near ears and salt/pepper on back and back sides plus grey on the roots is depressing me.

I have question about black strap molasses. I will get my blood work done as well to get more info on what specific nutrient i am lacking, but wanted to ask- alot of organic and unsulphured brands for black strap molasses also comes with a warning that it exposes you to chemical such as acrylamide which causes cancer and birth defects. Just wanted to ask is it still safe to consume a tablespoon of it on daily basis as it will be in moderation and hopefully won’t expose us to that?

Actually I don’t take it for statins but because I ve heard and read that supplementing with ubiquinol (not ubiquinone) help boost catalase naturally which helps with grey hairs !
Hi Leslie, I have been eating glutathione via avocadoes, included wheatgrass, a good multi vit and just got molasses. I am 37 and my grey hair has not increased but its kind of not reversing either. I am going to start eating shittake mushrooms too. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm very surprised that these drugs which are taken to stop acne can cause grey hair. I also had very bad acne when I was a teenager and in 2003/04 I have completed a course of these drugs(don't know what was it only remember they were tablets) My lips were extremely dry, skin was very very dry as well. I wasn't able to laugh even because my lips were starting bleeding. Wasn't able to go for swimming. Had to use lots of sun screen while going out. I had to complete the course within 6 months without stopping it.
It was horrible experience. Now no acnes on my face but still have plenty on my shoulders and on my back. With 60-70% of GREY HAIRS.

Thank you for your videos. Just a few questions:
1. Is there any risk when taking vitamins and/or NAC / Turmeric / Collagen etc. together ? For example, taking vit B and D supplements at the same time with NAC or Glutathione. Would absorption rates be affected ?
2. In the event of low thyroid function and inability to get treatment, what could one do to improve thyroid function ? Would consuming Iodine and Selenium help ?
3. Is it better to take vit & mineral supplements as well as Glutathione in the evening or morning ?
4. Lastly, are there any other skin / hair products that you know of that can contrinute to premature ageing ?

Personal experience: had two rounds of accutane in my teens and twenties. No impact. Now in my late forties have very few grey hairs.
p.s. accutane is very risky for mental stability.
