• Ghee 1 tbsp
• Boiled eggs 7 nos.
• Red chilli powder a pinch
• Turmeric powder a pinch
For curry:
* Oil 1 tbsp
• Whole spices:
1. Cumin1 tsp
2. Clove 2 no.
3. Green cardamom 2-3 pods
4. Tej patta 1 no.
• Onions 2medium size (chopped)
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Powdered spices:
1. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
2. Spicy red chilli powder 1 tsp
3. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
4. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Tomatoes 2 medium size (puree)
• Salt to taste
• Garam masala ½ tsp
• Fresh coriander a small handful
