Why is 100 percent bad. As an individual, if i earn 50k a year, and i owe 50k, thats not a problem. In fact when people buy a home the borrow multiples of their income, eg 500%, so 100% is tiny. I dont understand what a country debt to gdp ratio of 100 percent is bad in the context of that example
