Melodious, tuneful, harmonious. Just a tad short of orchestral. Brilliant playing.
R. B. Hall was an American march composer, not British as suggested above. This is a very good rendition but on the slow side compared to many performances. Listen to the one by the US Coast Guard Band for a contrasting rendition.

Sounds different, but not necessarily better. This is a march that is effective at more than one tempo.
