The Miami Sound Machine added a bit of the Latin sound to this song, but "Turn The Beat Around" is actually a disco song from 1976, made famous by Vicki Sue Robinson.
Dont know if you guys gives a damn but if you are stoned like me atm then you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on InstaFlixxer. Been streaming with my girlfriend lately :)

Gloria is such a talented, classy lady and a great humanitarian. This video is obviously from quite a few years ago, but she is still beautiful in 2021.

Dropped This Little 70's Gem On, By Mistake! I'm A Sucker For The 'Originall' Track! But 'Hey' Gloria, It Worked ! Backing Singers! Blew Gloria Away ! Awesome Guy's! Well Done~♡~ Peace~♢~°☆•* x
The original singer of this song is vicky sue and was not meant to be a Latin song but a disco medley although gloria does a good rendition it is not the original. Also by the way latin music originated in Africa congas come from Africa its just sad that the spanish, cubans, Dominicans, and peurto Ricans have preserved African culture whereas African americans have no clue about it.
Gloria’s version became most popular and it ended up becoming one of her biggest hits. The modern generation recognizes Gloria with TTBA. I was 10 when her version came out and I became a huge fan of hers. My parents grew up wit Vicki’s original. Both versions are good in their own right but Gloria’s version became more known while scoring a #1 hit in Fall 1994.
Gloria and her husband are incredibly nice people, and that band and all the p;recession is sensational. Four backup singers, and Gloria is barely a passable singer, sorry to say. It's not that she's bad - she isn't. She just doesn't have much of a range at all.
How come, u2 today Selena Quintanillas story stands as the cornerstone foundation of the present day Human Rights/Anti-Human trafficking, forced career, and Social Justice movements in a technologically advanced society. The modern day entertainment industry in particular the music industry as well as various communication and communications media have also been largely founded by those present involved in the production of these events which stand as a most severe matter. We see here in every instance the forced nature of the career of every female artist as well as others on hand in the most physically intrusive manners; who appear in this tejano so called racially commercialized and community destroying endeavour. Which has effectively silenced the voices of entire communities and the human rights movement as a whole. This behavior has continued till present day, simultaneously we see those personally accountable for what truly is a human catastrophe for all society as a whole and brazenly promotes complicity to an already at risk population. The abusive tactics used to intimidate persons vulnerable like Selena Quintanilla highlights the need for immediate societal education. Education on forced relationships, which clearly begets the norm here, and crime free atmospheres which are needed in an advanced tech society faced with long term accountability. Even one such instance resembling what we see here such as that of Ariana Grande has been globally lambasted for offensive volatility, why is this still being allowed in global silence here. Do good to be, question id imposition

Vickie does it the best, some songs are just exclusive to the original artist.
