I can relate to the problem. Buying Bibles is very addictive. It's not easy to admit/confess, but I think it's an important topic.

I have TONS of Bibles ...study Bibles, different translations, journaling Bibles, coloring Bibles, I have my grandmothers Bibles and my mom's Bibles, and I have given away Bibles to those who needed one too. I also get a Bible devotional/Bible journaling kit from Bythewell4god pretty much every month. And do at least 6 to 8 Bible studies from Lifeway and Daily Grace Co. every year and ALL of this keeps me in Gods Word so I have and my husband has no issue with any of it.
We are dog people so the dogs don't bother me. They made my two little ones perk up! Fun unboxing!

Yes, I use Mildliners and they can bleed a little but if you don’t press too hard or go over it more than once they are good. But please they are MILD LINERS not MID LINERS

oh i have the same problem! I'm an artist and love to buy journaling bibles. but i do not have a hubby so i can get in real trouble having to pay for all my goodies...but we could have worse issues..lol..love all your haul!! i have the giant print bible. i love it!!

I have NWT of the Holy Scriptures Bible in my opinion it's really good to read and understand even though some people have hard times understand it but anyway I would love to have a journaling bible one day 🥺
This bible translation has to be the worst translation. Not only does it add the name Jehovah where it doesn’t belong, it also takes out single scripture and portions of scripture. It also uses different words or take words out to distort the meaning of the scriptures.
True… but if you know the true scripture you will know where it is wrong. It sharpens your knowledge to know the untruths others are learning so you can guide them to the truth.
Definitely wouldn’t suggest to a new believer.

@@skaragon8247 as someone who was a JW and left fairly recently I have thrown out all my bibles because I don’t want any material associated with this evil religion. I also think it is blasphemy. There’s no way I would have the satanic Bible in my house or the NWT which I think is exactly the same. Each to own.

@@Lulu-oi9uethe worst compared to what? What makes you an expert on Bible translation? Give examples of scriptures being removed. The original KJV used Jehovah’s name. Before the NWT, JWs used the KJV. When you find that something is wrong, you correct it. Research is so important. Please do so. JWs are not evil! We are normal people. We are your neighbors, nurses, teachers, business owners, etc. Stop spreading misinformation. You should know better!
Yeah I have glaucoma and that is one of my biggest challenges is trying to find a Bible that I can read which I have but it took a while

I don’t, I’m sorry, but with any highlighters I want to use I’ll will try a test page in the back of the Bible to see if they bleed through the page.
Does your husband not like the shopping? Or are these gifts from people?
This was a few years ago and I did a lot of shopping. We could afford it, but it was still a problem. I have since gotten better about my spending. I still want to splurge, but I’m able to hold back now.
