This is not even a question of perception, that car is easily in the top 3 of best handling and top 10 for best HSW vehicles. Im getting the impression you have not tried it. I would love to hear your arguments as to what made it not even be in a top 10 for handling... Even beginners do well with it. I am a very experienced racer and I am just baffled by this
i own/tried most of them and i definitely agree with all of your choices, however I was a little surprised that you didnt include the Comet SR or the Safari. I know that Comets/Porsches have in general some god awful balance often losing the back end but those 2 models that I've mentioned are straight out cheat codes when it comes to handling.

I bought the Grotti itali GTO from my salvage yard purely because the license plate matches my username. and then i left it in my garage. had no idea it was actually good.

It freaking flies off the handle and it’s freaking crazy and I’m just looking for a good nice clean handling car I don’t need 50 million cars in my garage. i think the reason why people are split amongst the Grotti Gto, basically is that players are actually split, some are on controllers, and some are on keyboard . . personally i'm on console and i have the same issues on the Gto as you have on the Sultan Rs, it either understeers or the back end spins out.. (might be a skill issue but i have been on this game for almost a decade now)
The best handling sports cars of all time lotus and porsche are rwd, awd is good for rally and rough weather conditions, but in the hands of a skilled driver rwd will be better in corners most of the times.

The Armored Enus Paragon R is one of my favorite cars and still blows me away at how good it handles, and looks.
Made those Casino missions sooooo worth it. Lots of customization as well.

the paragon r has an armored version that u can get for free by completing all the casino missions
But this version has weapons and can't be used in most regular races

Putting the dominator ASP in front of the omaggio is an interesting decision
The reason for that is because the ASP does more for the Muscle Category than the Omaggio does for the supers category if you get what I’m saying
