I noticed that you inhale sharply before you talk when you realise you will be stammering. How effective is it? And also does talking slowly reducing the tendency to stammer? Personally I find that when I'm in an anxiety filled situation, I stammer more. I never really had a stammer when I was younger. But after a stressful social situation, I started to stammer, but very little at first. It was never really a problem, until after I hit puberty and self awareness became a thing. I started getting anxious every time I spoke, because I wasn't sure if I was going to stammer or not. This hasn't gotten any better. I'm a mess now. I don't know how to stop my self from being anxious and over thinking the tendency to stammer.
Great video Adam. I feel it will be really helpful to people who are struggling.

Rhoda Anang Yes that’s right. This is a technique I learnt at the Starfish Project.
