I’ve climbed over 500 elo this week using talon, shadow quag with sludge bomb, and water pulse gastro. Got me up to around 2300. If I could team read and actually knew move counts, I would have done even better.
@ yes. Quaq lures out the grasses so gastro doesn’t have to seem them. Sludge bomb is unshielded probably at least 60% of the time. If you can hit them with sludge bomb, usually they’ll shield the follow up aqua tail because they’re scared of another sludge bomb, not knowing the move counts.
@ I use flame charge because then I can use it as a bait and ramp up my incinerate damage if I’m locked in a bad match up. Only time I’ve wished I had fly was against kingdra, which I rarely see.
Team is great, you are awesome and the game is shit. I got denied on a Typhlosion mirrow match a few times that made me lose and not play this team anymore.
