- After being diagnosed with POTS a few months ago, I learned real fast that it's a big struggle to be outside in the sun in hot weather (80F or warmer). At that point I decided to purchase this cooling vest. It's been a very big help during our hikes or just being outside on a hot day since it keeps my chest and back cool! One recommendation for the straps is to just trim them to the length that works for you. Then you don't have to worry about the extra length getting in your way. So glad the vest is working well! Thank you for the review. My husband rides a motorcycle here in South Florida where we get 90-100 degrees and 60+% humidity. I’m going to get him a vest to put under his riding jacket 😊

Do you end up getting wet from condensation off the ice packs?
Barely - very light wet spots on a few parts of my shirt after wearing it for 2 hrs but its minimal
I want to know how this would work in las vegas 115° heat and how long the ice would last. Im thinking 30 minutes !
Im in vegas and just ordered one lol i hope it lasts an hour in our heat! Lol
