@@allanrjackson thanks. I must have been listening to it at the same time I was doing something else and didn't catch that the recipe was posted. Sorry
Sorry to hear that, I am picking it will not look so good on a smaller device. You can bring up on your TV, or I am happy to post it here if that would help?
@@wideawake8190 Sure thing, happy to help :) Pudding batter: 50 grams butter 1/2 a cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 Cup Plain Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 a cup of Milk 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius Grease dish (butter is best) Cream Butter, Sugar, Egg & Vanilla in a mixing Bowl Sift in Flour and Baking Powder and mix along with the milk to form a batter. Spoon batter into the greased dish. Sauce: In a small pot, melt: 1/2 a cup of water 1 Tablespoon Butter 3 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup 1/2 a cup of Brown Sugar Carefully pour over the batter mixture (over the back of a spoon works best). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes. On a personal note, dont eat it that night. Let it cool, put it in the fridge and reheat it - that way the sauce thickens a lot better and absorbs into the batter. Sometimes I double the Sauce because i just love it. I hope this helps, my fingers are sore now lol.

@@allanrjackson thank you so much. Will try it today! I'm using real Canadian maple syrup in the sauce.
@@wideawake8190 I hope you enjoy it :0) Remember to make the night before, and reheat it the next day to eat. It goes great with Vanilla Icecream.
We make it in Quebec, in a 13x9 and each spoonful is a serving pudding chômeur
I had to look that up. I see it is a very similar type of pudding but with Maple Syrup instead of Golden Syrup. I might try that myself :)
