Just went to your website. PLEASE make sure that you remove this jumping out online "helper" in Russian language only. It is extremely annoying and unprofessional for a company with a good reputation having this in Russian only.

I wonder why this is being done. Perhaps there is some problem with short term renting of units in urban buildings with full time residents. It kind of seems like these rules make it easier for non-urban apartments than urban. I don't know how your political system works but it seems that it would have been much easier to have the new rules take effect in 2025. There seems to be a lot of paperwork processing and inspections done. Making the rules retro-active to this year is going to cause a lot of problems.
