Volvo S40 Overheating & Buzzing Brake Vacuum Pump Troubleshooting

In this video I show how I checked different parts using a hand held vacuum pump, a multi-meter, a custom electrical harness and a car battery.

So if pump is buzzing it doesnt mean its dead. Only, that it takes more time than he should to do the work?

Yes, but if it takes far too much time it will overheat and eventually get damaged.
