In my humble opinion there has been no one else like the Arctic Monkeys. They are one of the best things to come out of the UK music scene alongside Oasis and Kasabian 🇬🇧❤️
i bet you look good on the dancefloor at this concert was amazing, the crowd was absoloutely insane, should check it out
Do me a favour was better in my opinion
Arctic Monkeys are the greatest band of the last 20 years. Alex's lyrical content is a mirical God sent.
Try the ultracheese. Total opposite piano based but still amazing!

Have a watch of Gerry Cinnamon: Belter - Live at TRNSMT. The guy is awesome, got a cult like following in Scotland and Wales especially - somehow made his folk/rock music appeal to a bunch of 18-25 year olds who 5 years earlier would've laughed. Headlining all the major festivals now and his crowds are insane. Known as practically hooligans you'll hear them chanting "Here we Here we Here we fucking go" before every song
Liam Gallagher headlining the festival this year in Glasgow. Get yourselves over!
I love this band soooo much. Do yourselves a favour and give their last two albums a listen. Alex Turner is one of the best British songwriters of ALL time imo and, jeeezuz, he’s sexy. Or as you put it, ‘he fucks’ 😁.
you should react to this whole gig, it's a great set list and incredible crowd
The crowd at this festival were incredible. Every song of this set was received so well. Highly recommend more from this set. R U MINE was awesome
Check out the crowd signs bohemian rhapsody….. they sang it to themselves while waiting for green day to come out. It’s outstanding.
I bet you look good on the dance floor, brianstorm and the view from the afternoon at this show next, mad energy.....then r u mine and from the ritz to the rubble. Just do the whole show lol
Ah, the endless summer of 2018. It was fucking roastin' that year.
By the way, you mentioned Black Sabbath. Arctic Monkeys at some of the concerts during the performance of Arabella really used the War pigs theme. sounded awesome!
Seen them live a few times and the energy is electric.
Yep it's transmit!!! Don't know what was going on with Spencer's mic here, but it's all good, can still hear what he's saying. Another great reaction boys!!!
TRNSMT (Transmit) festival is a yearly festival in The centre of Glasgow, Scotland. A brilliant weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) collection of music.
I'm going to try my best to keep this short, but this song is superb, there are so many levels and intricacies that you hear better on the studio version than live and that's what makes Arabella great for me. I need a lot going on in a song, I love bands that make good use of the bass and Artic Monkeys never fail on this, especially on their AM album.
I love how Alex matches his voice to the bass on "And her lips are like the Galaxies edge" and "She's got a Barbarella silver swimsuit" and how he accentuates the ending of the words swimsuit and edge to soften it. The percussion in the background is superb and the drums on the 2nd chorus are wonderful and when that guitar solo drops, oh my!
Another band that makes good use of their bass and always has a lot going on is Muse. Worth checking them out, especially their earlier stuff, best band live, so many songs to choose from but to appreciate Matt Bellamy's falsetto (which I think Spencer would appreciate) it has to be 'Plug in Baby' and for the bass it has to be 'Hysteria' (both live from Rome) just an insanely talented band.
And this is short?? Sorry.
Great choice guys..was part of Glastonbury fencing crew 2013..Arctics headlining Friday night(R.Stones(Sat),Mumford+Sons(Sun)...new album from which this is from hadn't come out yet although first single Do I Wanna Know? had been released just a week before....they opened with it (Didnt really know much of theirs 'cept I Bet..Dancefloor...)popped down to see what they were about...Was blown away! Seen a lot of bands but they were memorable..didnt play this unfortunately but fantastic to see the TRNSMT (Transmit without vowels) audience so into it.Thx guys keep up the good work..peace love and bananas Ken
Alex predicted the pandemic
"No one's on the streets
We moved it all online as of March"
I've only been watching you 2 for a couple of weeks, but its like sitting with a couple of friends with the same tastes in music and comedy, thanks fellas
Arabella is American actress and TV host Arielle Vandenberg who dated Alex Turner from 2011-2014. She's hilarious on social media
i was one of the lucky people in the crowd and was right in the middle of the pits for the whole set was the best thing ever
My favorite band of the 20th century. They are GREAT.
Mardy bum , a certain romance and riot van are 3 crackin songs about life in uk from the arctic monkeys i think you guys would love the lyrics are funny 🏴✌
definitely!!! Way better Am songs. The 3 you mention are classics.
Nice listening guys! Listen to the songs "From Ritz to the rubble" Or "The view from the afternoon"
And boys, the 1st album, the 1 with When the Sun Goes Down on that you listened to and liked, the band were 16/17 when they wrote it!!!!
Arctic Monkeys - Do I Wanna Know. You're welcome!
I Love playing this Song in a combo as Arabella plays so well with The Kooks Bad Habit, then change up with The Neighbourhood's Sweater Weather! combo is off the Chart! recommend Kooks Bad Habit
Mardy bum at glasto 2013 is unbeatable
YES :)
The riff is a sample of black sabbath - war pigs
During their AM tour in 2014, before the solo in Arabella they'd play a bit of War Pigs by Black Sabbath
Love him! Great job lads.....
Still take you home by the arctic monkeys at trnsmt would be awesome. The crowd is so loud you can barely hear Alex's vocals on the earlier stuff.
you should react to this whole gig
They only did this for the American audience but I’m glad they did
you should react to there whole set from trnsmt
Great video.. have you ever seen metallica in concert in moscow?? Thats mind blowing
If you want to check out another festival should check out the proclaimers 500 miles at T in the park!
If u like that period of Arctics then 'R U Mine' definitely fucks!😂
For crazy crowds: Defqon 1 crowd. (Most Qdance crowds tbh)
Completely different music style, but worth the watch, just for the sheer amazement at total music festival overkill :)
Please react to “Three Lions (Football’s Coming Home)” by Baddiel, Skinner, and The Lightning Seeds.
It’s a football song made when England hosted Euro 96. It’s pretty legendary in this country, and it will give you a good understanding of football in England and what it means to us. Thanks
The fact that it keeps on getting re-released tells me everything about England and football. And none of it is good.
@@jackdubz4247 haha. Such a great song, all they have to change is the number of years of hurt
Please react to Cornerstone or Four out of Five from this concert. One of their best live concerts with that crowd!
Looked everywhere, but cant find them, Daniel where can i buy a cap like yours with the skip at the back?
His side project last shadow puppets do a cracking cover of David Bowie Moonage daydream live at glasto. Alex does all the Bowie moves. Its hilarious.
You should check out them doing cornerstone at the same gig
Listen to ‘The Streets’
Love the channel guys.......got to do gerry cinnamon "Belter" live at transmit 2018 if you can.
A Certain Romance, The View of the Afternoon, 505, Mardy Bum, Old Yellow Bricks and pretty much everything else from their 1st 2 albums are the best Monkeys offerings. Cryin Lightning isn't 2 bad from album #3 either.....
Funny how you mentioned black sabbath because they used to put war pigs in the middle of this tune
Time for something different: Dominator festival 2013 - official aftermovie. Greets from Holland 👍🏻
Scottish crowds do it best
React to "Do me a favour" and "From the Ritz to the Rubble" togheter, pleaseee. Same festival
Alex Turner fucking genius 👀
Transmit Festival*
It’s spelled like how they did it though
@@kJ922-h3j oh sorry I’m not correcting the spelling - the festival is called Transmit Festival, they just stylise the name to TRNSMT for the branding
@@TheOnlyOnesLaughingPodcast oh ok yeah 👍
👌🏽❤️
It is basically transmit 👍
you should also do some reactions to catfish and the bottlemen, maybe start with pacifier or 7 live
D is for dangerous next
Trnsmt stands for transmit
Can you review Isle of Man crashes please, you guys will be surprised
Please react to "Do I wanna know?" By them. Please also watch the video :)
Transmit in Scotland replaced t in the park
U should review biffy Clyro "many of horror"
Kasabian Empire or Shoot the Runner.
Hey Guys, quick Q for ya...!?
I know you guys are big fans of Liam Gallagher, but are you really ok that the reason he has that singing 'style' of standing at the microphone the way he does but do you not realise he only does that because he needs a telepromter right in front of him on the stage to show him every line of every song.
Alex Turner certainly doesn't need a telepromter to remember his own songs, neither does Noel Gallagher, funny that.
Go figure.
Talking nonsense mate , that isn’t the reason he stands like that ya nutter 😂🏴
Gareth Lewis wind your neck in big man.

@@dandax8707 I’ve heard he says he uses an autocue in past interviews. I’m saying that is not the reason he has that stance and sings with his head up 🏴
Glasgow Scotland 🇬🇧55
Maybe if I keep commenting you’ll do a libertines tune!
Time for heroes
Don’t look back into the sun
Can’t stand me now
React to the bluetones - slight return
Anxiety about large crowds. ??? Guys, watch Argentine rock🤘🤘🤘.: song,""" JI JI JI, in the Estadio único de La Plata, the artist :Indio Solari """
If you’re doing comedy again, Jimmy Carr, sexual kinks
the libertines can't stand me now .....up there with the great.....
It's pronounced transmit festival
Glad you've moved away from Glastonbury as Evis stopped the free entry for travellers and now seems to have blocked off the front for the standard public. Still uses Pyramid stage from Hawkwind 70s days happily though. Love the band as from home city.
not a fan of this smug coked up version of arctic monkeys where he sort of talks all the lyrics in a jazz club singer style
