Utah had an internment camp. Topaz. We went to the museum and the sight od the camp. I learned so much and it was heartbreaking that any American citizen had to go through that.

My photography teacher in high school was in a Japanese interment camp. He never mentioned it to anyone. I was the lab tech for three years not a word. It must have been difficult for him to talk about that time that his beloved country thought he was a threat to his country because of his parents being Japanese American. We didn’t find out until we read his obituary.

I live a few minutes away. These are some of the best donuts in SoCal! The fresh fruit donuts are amazing but they also come up with other unique, seasonal offerings/flavors.
