Everything you have said here makes perfect sense to me, I have had times when I have not been myself and have pulled away from social contact, and have missed being who I usually am , I also suffer from depressive illness, it caused me to become extremely unwell for many years with Anorexia , in 2010, I was in our local hospice on end of life care, due to the anorexia that I had sufferered for 35 years getting so very bad, that my organs were failing, I had managed to continue working until 2009, I was very lucky to survive and a great colleague from work got me into The priory where I spent a year, I have now been fully recovered for 10 years , I have also learned to try and be more open when the depression starts to become crippling, your such a lovely lady, so wish I had found your channel sooner 😘❤️😘
