@@RenegadesReact I don't think he defended him exactly, he wanted the recites because there was nothing to really paint him in such a light when this started, then he straight up admits that "yeah I messaged a minor" which doesn't make such a good defense for such allegations, it's literally the same thing Mini Ladd did, even down to the freaking "vacation" because that's exactly what Mini Ladd tried to do, he tried to come back to RUclips twice and he was reminded of what he did both times.

@@darklord1366 And it only got worse, Mujin just did a deep dive video about the situation surrounding the Doc... it's not good because it includes information that I don't think even the Act Man knew about at the time, like to give an example, there's a section in that deep dive where some DMs are shared between the Doc and a trans sex worker (again while he was still married to his at the time wife) as well as Slasher saying that Twitch supposedly reported the Doc to the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), If Nate or whoever sees this wants to see that video then I highly suggest doing so but at the very least not in a reaction because it's over an hour long.

His statement is as sanitized as he could make it and presents him as best he could. It's probably so much worse than we know because his own company decided to ditch him over it... If I remember correctly... He admitted to texting a minor in his tweet response, then edited it and removed that part and got called out for it, then edited again and added it back. That shows there's much more to it as he attempted to backtrack and hide it.
I actually never learned of the "allegations" against Johnny until the trailers for the third Fantastic Beasts movie and they had replaced Johnny as Grindelwald. When I looked up why, I didn't believe anything that was said. And then once the court case happened I DESPISED Amber for what she said, because it ruined Johnny's career at that point. I honestly never even watched the third Fantastic Beasts BECAUSE Johnny wasn't in it.

When you guys were talking about Mini I was curious when his last upload was and the very edge of my finger pushed the subscribe button on accident and I was like “Noooo!” And mashed the unsubscribe button like a mad man. 😂
The difference in regards the j.deep situation is that Deep never said he did it . I understand the need for people to want to see the whispers, but twitch will never release them without a court order - because if they do they will be buried in legal problems as those companies cannot disclose any information regarding an account - what includes any information regarding the disciplinary status, to anyone else except the account owner and law enforcement.
So the only way we will ever see the whispers is if the doc or the victim/pseudo victim release that info, or a rogue twitch employee or exemployee publicly release the info , and chances for that to happen are almost 0 since it would be a kamikaze decision as that person would not only be kissing goodbye to any career in the industry but also be buried in legal issues for the next 10 or 20 years.

Four of my favorite youtubers were alleged to be terrible people, Slazo, Pyrocynical, Miniladd, and Kwite, and of those only one was actually guilty of that, i didn't like the Doc, but I still gave him the innocent until more verifiable evidence came up like I did with the 4 accused I mentioned. Ppl really should look more into the to catch a predator prosecutions. While we pretty much had plenty of evidence that any of us could tell what they were up to, most got off because it's extremely hard to have enough evidence to prosecute this. Dr disrespect with his money to get the best lawyers never being charged doesn't mean much. It just means they never actually met up and never shared pics.

It's him using the excuse of there was no actual intent in messages towards the minor that makes me think that it's the worst of the worst sort of situation. Also, with the type of persona Dr. Disrespect has if it was just edgy jokes with a teenager he would just come out and say it.

Btw, Doc did what he did, but it's actually extremely simple to explain why the internet was so steadfast against the claims made regarding his inappropriate contact with a minor (I actually don't know exactly what he did, but I don't rly need to, in order to come to the same conclusions I'm making). Doc's a POS for that, he knew better, and did it anyway, there's no amount of "17 years 11 months, 29 days" bs that's gonna get him out of that. What I really can't forgive and am actually the most disappointed about, is the way the journalists and most of all Twitch went about this. They cut him off cold, but then paid out the contract, despite the fact they could clearly pinpoint a reason that he broke TOS, yet let Doc win the battle, and continue doing whatever for years on end, and the journalists in the know acting as shady as possible, to make sure that not a single credible source, other than the Doc him fucking self, can come out and say, he inappropriately messaged a minor. This situation is just a straight up fuck up from absolutely everyone involved.
I wouldn't say he needs to he put on a cross unless he actually went through with meeting the child and did it with them and also the child shouldn't be in a position where they should give consent because they shouldn't even be put in that position and parents needs to watch their kids so stuff like this doesn't happen also i don't wanna hear about the child can give consent because this man is 40 and this child is underage there is no common ground with this it is wrong period and the man is married and has kids he should've known what power he has and how easily he could loose that position 🤦🏿♂️

There is one possible scenario that Could've happened to DrDisrespect. the thing I believed that happened was that the minor was the one to orchestrate the events in their favor and intentionally caused Doc to be banned from Twitch and to be viewed as being horrendous. And the minor pretended to be the victim and that group of people sided with the minor to look like Doc was the one at fault. ONE thing everyone else don't know is that Minors do things for clout and make anybody be viewed as "controversial" and guess what? They somehow get away with it and making others be viewed as "bad people". I bring this up cause it happened to Phisnom even if he himself was flawed and made mistakes before, It still doesn't excuse Alex and makes him more innocent or better than Phisnom. He's still the reason Phisnom completely purged Fnaf content from his own channel after he got Phisnom to play Fnaf the Ruin DLC and everyone overreacted to phisnom's opinion on it.

I can't confirm this so unless I see the whispers I'm holding judgement too many people now days are accused falsely I don't like him but I'm not jumping the gun.

Minor was not on an app he shouldn't have been, it was on Twitch.
There is no way to blame the parents for anything from what we know. Predators don't hunt in adult websites, they hunt where the minors are. This is like asking "where were the parents at?" when a kid at school or camp gets targeted.
It IS a parents responsibility to protect their kids. It is NOT their responsibility to ensure nothing bad ever happens to them - that's freaking impossible unless they do something terrible themselves by locking their child away from everything.
I'll go even further - the most likely way he got caught was from the kid's parents. It apparently has been going on for some time and the perp didn't report himself. Kids parents probably found out and reported it.
adult content on twitch is marked as adult content and i can click yes i acknowledge when i want to see it. it even says so when i want to rewatch videos from that same user. also parents still need to check in from time to time if a minor is using internet. they can even visit sites they are not meant to visit on accident. all i say is parents are still suppsoed to monitor theire kids. like i said not defending the guy but also kinda want to know how quick the parents found out. i mean it could laos have been twitch themsleves for reporting it

Well there's a post doing the rounds i saw goes like this.
[CONFIRMED] Dr Disrespect was reported by Twitch to the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children when they where illegally recording whispers by the Doc in 2017.
A full investigation was authorised and no wrong doing was found and no Illegal activity took place by Dr Disrespect no arrests were made and no charges were filled.
Thus adding more weight that Dr Disrespect is innocent as this is indeed looking like a whitch hunt by ex twitch employees to frame Dr Disrespect.
[Unconfirmed] it is also reported the 'minor' was actually a former Twitch employee pretending to be a 17 year old girl trying to bait Dr Disrespect with entrapment techniques while the ex Twitch MODS illegally recorded it all.
They where soon all fired and sued by Dr Disrespects legal team.
They are very bitter over this and why this whole thing is coming ourlt for a second time after it has already been dealt with.

I am sick of people acting like she was super young. She was supposedly still of consenting age. If that is the case then she wasn't a minor in my opinion. My issue is that he was wanting to meet up with someone so young across state lines and he is a married man. The guy needs to worry about staying faithful to his wife and not talking to anyone else.
