Congratulations to Ananthi for addressing this topic. Divorce is often much easier for women, while men face greater challenges. Women can seek maintenance from their husbands even if they are proven to have been cruel in court. Divorce, maintenance, and child custody issues are just the tip of the ice berg. Please discuss the concept of LEGAL TERRORISM, where women allegedly use the legal system to extort money. High courts and the Supreme Court have termed it legal terrorism when women file false 498A and Domestic Violence (DV) cases to exact revenge on their husbands. According to NCRB data, over 80% of matrimonial cases are false. Many men have committed suicide, and their families have been destroyed due to these false cases. Women face no repercussions for filing these false cases. I urge you to highlight this injustice and shed light on the plight of married men in India.

@rockerzzz...353 Please do not generalize based on your personal experience and do your research before you post something with so much confidence in a public domain. I am not just blabbering like you out of personal experience. These are data from NCRB and It is the supreme court and the High court which has named abuse of matrimonial laws by women as Legal terrorism. Please type legal terrorism in Google and read what the high court has said.
Whatever you are telling right now is something against the Supreme Court. The abuses of laws are so rampant that the Supreme Court judge has asked the central government to amend these laws. I know that you are ignorant about the laws which are so much in favour of women so let me educate you. Dowry harassment, 498A , physical intimacy on false promise of marriage and rape cases are cases where women have the right to file an FIR and get the husband and his family arrested without any proof . The abuse is so rampant that there are documentary movies on it like “Martyrs of marriage and India sons “please watch those movies and educate yourself. More than 85% of these cases are false cases and conviction is very low in these cases. The worst part is there is no punishment for women for filing such false cases and there is no remedy for the husbands from this legal terrorism. They have to face it. Do you know how many men are committing suicide because of this abuse of laws? Do you think a man can liv happily with these allegations against him and his family. It takes years to prove his innocence mean while his peace and his family is ruined.
It is not you or me who decides the law so please read the Law before you blabber something. The law is very clear and women have the right to claim maintenance and alimony even when her cruelty is proved in court. There are many husbands out there who are paying maintenance to their wives and her child born for someone else just because DNA tests are not taken as a conclusive proof for his fatherhood.

There is clearly a word mentioned by the Calcutta High court reg. Legal territorism..it's "some" women ..it's not all women..but basically the idea of 498 A and DVC is to protect the women's.

    • @gautamm1405
      @gautamm1405 Месяц назад

@@jesuismrud Unfortunately those some women are the women who represent 90% of the 498A cases and they are false( according to NCRB data) . There is a reason why the courts have used such strong terms against women . not just Calcutta high court even the supreme courts have used this term to describe 498A sec . It is enacted to protect women but most of the women are misusing them and many men have lost their lives and families have lost their harmony .Even the mothers and sisters of those victims are women .

How to handle the case where husband is actually innocent but being falsely alleged with dowry, cruelty, domestic violence cases against them. And then husband and his parents are being oscillated to court for years and finally demanding a huge amount and properties to settle the cases.
Is there any section available for husbands to get rid of them?

Divorce was introduced by congress on 1955 to Hindu marriage act, 498a also was introduced by congress for dowry , 2005 domestic violence was introduced by congress , so all women supported laws are brought for women vote bank , even this election they said some quota for women, at the end congress was success in reducing population with anti men laws , other party’s also do women laws but these two laws can book men without any Proff and make whole men family to suffer, so only our pm candidates are not marrying

Never marry Lawyer , either man or women.
Never trust court - All work for money.
Always marry moderately educated women with good family, fully vetted background. .. Same opp gender.
Always marry a man with good personal habits and better job and reasonably educated.
    Never marry drunkard man.
Always choose peaceful family over rich family.
Instead of choosing beauty, choose the prospective female with family oriented and well presentable, active , with atleast moderate faith in God ... (Watch out for prospective mother in law, if she maintains home, kitchen , bathroom well and being in good clarity of thoughts and naturally respects others, then one can expect same with bride , for men if he respect's his mother, women, childrens, and nature, he is good prospect )
Always marry in your own caste .... Period . (exception Always exist)
Judges are not God. .. They do errors... , do wicked , allured for bribe....
Love marriage is dangerous,, & un checked , quick marriages are more dangerous. ...
Men & women both are equally wicked But note, women's have more leverage in revange with legal provisions.
Allow 1 years after proposals. Quick marriages are " Red flag ""
    Good luck.
