I wish one of the creators would put out a video breaking down all the pipelines and the school rankings for them.
To add to this, not sure if its region specific as far as what pipelines you have available to you, or if I just missed it. I was very surprised to not see a DMV/DC specific pipeline. Feel like its one of the better recruiting pipelines in the nation and wanted to choose it.
Also Idk if it’s like this in everyone’s dynasty but Miami goes crazy in recruiting I wad doing dynasty and they had #1 class with like 6 5 stars 25 4 stars etc 😂😂

How many total points do you have to allocate? As a level 50 coach, how many points would have been earned. Also, I want to add that I appreciate all NCAA 25 videos. Tremendous help with the prep.
Wondering if it is 5 per level. So after level 50 it would be 250 total points to spend

Going tactician first. Saw another Dynasty video where dude put points in there along with his OC and his QB was getting like 6 overall points. I'll take that all day.

I don’t know how much the discount is but it sounds like a work around could be getting the CEO discount early. Then complete seasons with other coaches that have the abilities you want. You would get a discount and stretch your points.
Just change coaching staff each year for the next set of skills.
I just found out CPU coaches have cherry-picked abilities, meaning they dont have to go in order of tiers like we do. Also, the coach xp speed applies to them as well. So far, normal seems fast but im testing with multiple sims rn.
I wish they would open the cap to max and set it if you want it like that

@@C4RUclips I do like that there is a limit though. It would be nice if they increase it or maybe do the options thing like I was saying.
I hope next year we get the transferring draft classes in, I know its for legal reasons, hopefully there will be some kind of work around by then. Then again, I remember my draft classes never carried over very well, the ratings were always way lower than they should be for the highest rated players, but it was still awesome to have them of course lol
Imo, should and still could be added in depending on what you set the coach progression as (say slow is 50, normal 75, fast 100)
If they want to act like not every coach can do it all, well not every coach is guaranteed to reach a point in their career where they'd actually be as good as a planned level 50. They want realism when it works for what they want, as opposed to thinking about the majority of players playing offline dynasty...

I don't understand how it's hard to recruit? I get like 10-15 5* every year. Just scout every 5 star, focus on needs/pipeline/any 5* gems, stop recuiting 5* that, max out recruiting for them, then slowly transition to 4* gems as recruits commit to your school or you fall behind.
I want this game to actually be hard everyone going the easy route so I wil be going tactician and motivator and make my coordinators be my recruiting guys want it actually hard to recruit
Strategist doesn't seem as important as you're making it out to be at least to me. If I get a visit on a player I almost always land them even as SMU in year 1 and 2. I don't see the point in boosting visits when they already are such a high hit rate. I'd rather put them on a position I struggle with in tactician, or leave them on the pipeline boost in program builder that you originally did. I landed seven 5 stars in year two with SMU just by being smart on who to offer and every visit worked out. I'd rather have stronger influences on recruiting so you don't fall behind on a player as easily or you can catch back up faster

Yeah, they've definitely shown people getting instant commitments. I think they probably need a verbiage update for that skill. Maybe it's updated on the release version to say you have an increased chance at getting an instant commitment.
Yup very few and far between. In my 10 year Gator rebuild I got maybe 1 every 2 years

I dont think the strategist tree is very good. Mind reader is useless, and costs 32 points per position group to unlock. You dont learn the dev trait until a recruit visits. And in my experience the recruit usually commits after the visit even without the strategist tree. Knowing the dev trait at that point is pointless. If it showed the dev trait upon scouting it would be good.
CEO on the other hand with dream school gives you a 50% chance for an insta commit if you are their number one school. Its absolutely massive.

I wonder if it would be efficient to bank a large amount of skill points. Then get the program builder trait that offers a discount then spend all the points you’ve saved up getting skills your OC and DC already have.
Not sure if that would be worth the opportunity cost of what you’d miss out on over those years of building up but I see what you’re getting at.
Juice COULD be worth that squeeze as at the end of the day you’ll have the best tree possible but the grind to get to that point you’re missing out on a lot. Very interesting way to play tho!

This is called min/maxing. This is technically how you would get the most total skill points. You'd normally get 495, but this would potentially give you more. Enough to pay for the ability? Who knows.
The problem is that C4 hinted he hasn't seen an OC/DC with the green skill tree. He says that's the best skill tree - so you may not be able to leverage this ability to upgrade that tree.
I need a “best roster per type (pro style, spread, etc).
Then “How to:” new passing, and all other important features to compete on Heisman 😂
I can't wait to have the game. Everyone is saying recruiter, but if I'm a master motivator everyone has an elite dev trait. At least that's my thinking but I could be off
I don’t think you’re off but it’s just a trade off. I’ve thought about that myself.

I think it depends as well on how you play, are you sticking to powerhouse schools that already have a lot of prestige then recruiter is not going to matter too much, if your going to 1 or 2 star team then I think recruiter will shine.

If you are a recruiter you get overall recruiting classes with higher overalls in general. If you get master motivator, they'll be lower rated but progress higher. Id say that master motivator would give you better seniors and more high end players and recruiter would give you more depth.

And for RTG I’m gonna pick a 5 start and go to a terrible school and dominate till my senior year then try to transfer to a power 5 school

160- for the bottom part with the same trees to max the numbers of players affected
484- total. Would be perfect without the 30 extra needed to purchase the damn skill trees. I wish they'd let us play around with the points at least and let us respec
Man I wish they let us at least have more control within hiring and firing the coordinators. You get like a two week span to fire them and get 6 options on who to hire lol

@@Kidflash255 one week. I think it's always the week of the conference championship. Im not for sure but it's around week 14 I think? Check the manage staff option, from whenever it pops up. Be on the look out anywhere from week 12-16 just incase. Not around my PlayStation or I'd check

Disagree with your assessment a bit.
Talent Developer is a really good solution if you plan on heavy transfer portal. I wasn't really a fan of the transfer portal picks myself as its harder to account for which year they are coming in as. TD is sort of like the antithesis of recruitment. Without investing deep into it though mid-grade portal picks are definitely subpar. Do your freshmen, sophomore grade players develop faster if they don't play??? I didn't read the perk that way. I read it as they progress faster when they play. (I.E. more xp than typical). Which leads to my later points.
If your going recruitment I'd hand's down go motivator for the off-season buffs. For most recruits you will get them as freshmen. (There are a few juco's sure.) You don't have to have them play to get the off-season buff at all and your guaranteed to have them 4ish years. Even an extra 2-3 overall per year for 4 years is 8-12 overall bump your giving your players even if they don't play. Given you get the redshirt year to offset the first year they don't play.
Going for xp gain perks and rapidize leveling up of players is in my mind is a trap. A starter will get their xp gains anyway as you play. The only difference you make is getting them a little faster. I'd rather take free stats which i'm not guaranteed to have than faster progress on stats i am guaranteed to get as i play.
I should note my analysis is more for solo dynasty play. If your planning on multiple players in your dynasty then getting an early advantage on player xp could be crucial.
What do you think is the best coaching ability?
Even if it’s level 75 and stop you can do apt with that. But 50 is not enough

Yes and personally I’d keep it the same build.

Has anyone figured out the predictive AI choice for coaches. I get the agression bars, but if thats play style/calling aggression then what is the predictive AI aggression?
Is there anyway you can show us what to get in order ?
I’ve noticed that players each have their own skill points or whatever at the top right on their player card and each category of stats seems to have a price based on how high/low it already is. Do you spend those somehow or is it all automatic upgrades in the offseason? My players upgraded in the offseason but not sure what the point is of those individual player skill points because I can’t seem to spend them.
Players auto progress. You can put them in the right positions to earn but it doesnt seem like you can choose spending. You can improve how much xp they earn, and push their rating caps with coaching tree choices.
So your xp is maxed at level 50 you can’t get anymore tokens after that

It's 10 points to unlock Recruiter, Motivator, and Tactician. The one you pick at the start is unlocked for free.

So disapointed in this... i always want to start out as a OFC or DFC and learn and wait till i'm decent at a small school before becoming a head coach... i wish they had seperate skills to unlock for OFC DFC and HC. the way they made it it's pointless to be anything other than a HC... which is a shame

@@C4RUclips is it really better than architect and motivator? That 3rd perk on motivator feels huge, haven't really tried architect yet but raising the skill cap seems big to get some op players
@@scrawny_ronnie7the third perk motivator feels amazing every off-season when I see those training results. Players are also drafted based and on their overall ranking so the higher that goes, the higher they get drafted.

You can if you create your own - but every team has a random guy that I don’t think you can edit.

What determines if you hit lvl 50 is it based on the amount of abilities you have. Is there a max amount of points you can accrue. Basically I’m asking what determines my cap as far as coach progression

Might be able to edit computer generated players after the first season, but I am thinking that's a no as well.
You can edit the starting roster and import a custom one, not sure if you can do it mid-dynasty though

they are very rare though. with the CEO skill half of the players you offer will insta commit if you are their first school. It's a massive difference

Exactly I feel developing guys faster is amazing. If your maxed out by year 2 or 3 you'll have a shit ton of amazing players.
@@justzack7624 I've discovered Architect is the best tree because every player has a ceiling they can't develop past. It has the perks that allow players to unlock extra ceiling in each of the categories. I have a CB at Memphis who was 86 OVR as a Junior, and despite all my Motivator perks, couldn't advance past 86 OVR as a Senior due to these ceilings he already hit. Even 5* prospects have these ceilings.
@@xF1revolutionThe cap doesn’t bother me as much. I recruit fresh faces every year. Sometimes dudes get passed up after starting but it’s whatever. I’m not attached to any of them beyond my first 5 star. 😂

@@ZWilson2000 that’s a bummer for how I play. I don’t usually ever play RTG modes. I always do dynasty or franchise and have a created player to build around.

Not worth it especially with a cap on how many coach points you can earn
If you take out either the first line of recruiter's quarter back or half back (affects less players and you shouldn't do punters anyways) that saves you 40 points. Only need 8 more to get that ability. Apparently it activates roughly 20-30% of the time. Could lead to a snowball so don't write it off
