I just want to add that fully handmades are 200 USD plus for a solid quality level. However, ranked artists pots even with simple designs and normal clay can go up 500 USD due to their renown or craftsmanship. In my opinion, the best value is f1 80s green label, as while they’re not up to 500 USD+, they have the best clay that isn’t available anymore. However, they’re rarer nowadays, so I think 200 USD fully handmades from competent craftspeople is a great balance between good clay quality, while still having an art piece made with character and devotion.

Thin and light and it brews dancong oolong like nothing else I have ever experienced! It is really special to me already. Where would you recommend to buy a high quality gaiwan online? I was looking for a whole set and a maybe a automatic set with the little magnetic ball for when im on my computer and cant give my full attention to the tea but need that delicious golden tea.

There’s more detail on the website if you want to check it out but the main thing is he really focuses on getting those thin gaiwans with the ergonomics that won’t burn you and they’re wood fired so all one of a kind. We also have some seconds available which helps bring down the price. 🤓
As for the magnetic ball set, those are going to be factory made so I’d just go with the vendor you like the most or feel like has the best costumer service etc. We don’t carry any of those. 🙃
