I made this tonight for dinner!..it was fantastic!...I even went out got a non stick pan to prepare it!..I served it alongside a salad with homemade croutons and french bread to dip in olive oil with basil, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper!..I highly recommend this recipe!

I brought a bag a cod from BJ’s and I saw your recipe. This recipe was so easy, simple and delicious. I only had smoked paprika and regular black olives, but it was still delicious. I love how to the point this video is. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing.
Fish is so easy to overcook -- an instant-read thermometer is a must for this kind of recipe IMHO. Much easier to use than watching the clock for three minutes per side.
If you use frozen fish Albert, then I feel vindicated in using it too, as I live a very, very long day’s drive to the Atlantic. Cod, garlic, olives ...I’m all in!
Why is it important to remove excess moisture from thawed fish? i usually just cook it as is. This cod with the black olives just looks great with the contrasting colors. I love white fish prepared this way. thumbs up#89

Wow, that looks seriously good. Do you happen to have any recipe with (jibia,sepia) cuttlefish. Mine always turns out sorta chewy and with a very strong flavor. Maybe Chilean cuttlefish is different from the Spanish one

The description of the explosion of flavors is quite accurate. This is paella without the rice and saffron. All you are going to taste in this dish is pimenton, olives, garlic and olive oil. The cod will absolutely get lost.

It is important to remove any excess liquid in the fish so it has a better texture to it, that of fresh fish
