Hi do we need to connect it to laptop before starting to print? It keeps on showing orange light (and 0 part is showing E and 4) along with green light. Please explain what to do .
I've used this printer for a while. I would say it's the most troublesome printer I've ever used. Lot of problems occurred. Wasted lot of my time and papers for test printing and calibration and so on. If someone asks me, I'll never recommend buying this...

Bakwas printer. Colour fades away in few days in glossy paper. And after just warranty expired printer head got damaged . Unprinted lines in photo copy and Xerox. Service charges very high and print head price also. Total 7910number of pages printed . Original ink still not finished.

Printer is very good.. I am using since last 2 year.. Cannon is good...
