Hi How would you to set up a mobile tire change van with 1500w inverter powering 1500 w air compressor + 1050w tire changing machine ? 24 gallons air compressor gets full in aroud 4 minutes which is enough to fill 1-2 tires , meaning air compressor will have to be filled 2 -4 times per car . Tire changing machine will probably work for 8 minutes per car. 120 ah battery should fill air compressor and still have about 75 ah left after it. Once 1 car is done this way then van will idle for 10 minute while packing tools and then travel to next car for about 20 minutes + can idle for another 10 minute while getting tools out for the next car. Wonder how fast can van's alternatot recharge battery while idling and driving for this kind of time intervals. Ford transit 2004 , 2.0 tdci, fifa, 92 kw i think it has 105 a alternator . Where to look for larger alternator if it can be installed ? Thicker cables as well ? Thanks !

A 500 or 600 watt powerstation would do, it will be more expensive to do it this way

I have an 800w pure sine wave inverter and it can run a 1000w hot plate. a microwave and more.
That's interesting because it usually won't run anything that requires more watts. Even if peal watts is higher
@@mitsuoo1012 It's a very good inverter. Many quality inverters will run into their surge capacity. As long as temps allow they usually pull out fine.
