GPS is on but it drifts off because I think you didn't calibrate it under the screen-button 'Ready'. After that the GPS is pretty precise. After proper calibration mine lands within 50 cm of the launch spot. You do have to let it hang above the spot after take off for a moment so it can store the coordinates of the landingspot.

Hello. how to enable the non opticalflow fixed point mode of this drone? I wont be able to used the follow me and orbit mode.
I think your video will be really good with the femi 2020 but that's just my opinion but thanks though I'm going to keep watching anyway

Thanks! I am pretty sure that it will go 800 meters. So far all ZLL drones have a cap or fencing at 800 meters.

If you have multiple batteries for the drone, do you have to recalibrate on each battery swapout?
Yes. Always recalibrate even in the exact same location just to be safe.

I have the SG906, that is the difference?
How did it go with its SD card recording? Did it record the flight OK? Mine inserts errors into the SD card file, but maybe my card it too slow for 4k recording.

No I don't have a fimi.
Will you be testing the other features, like follow me, and circle around?
To me, those features don't impress me and not useable. Out of all the budget gps drones, the F11 4k pro, F11s 4k pro, HS 600, sjrc F7 and the Ruko F11 GIM2 are better choices for circle me and follow me. Out of those, none of them have usable follow me but the circle me is useable.

How to determine when the controller is fully charged when charging. Any lights or other ways to tell when fully charged. I don’t want to overcharge the controller battery
Just turn on the controller when charging, you can see the status of bar when charging
Thanks for the vid 👍 I am a total newbie at drone flying and have just bought one of these as it was on sale. I noticed that the GPS only picked up 8 satellites, was that a bit low ? My first drone LSRC LS 38 recommended that at least 9 satellites were needed for accuracy
Yes, more the better. Try it in a different place.

Why not move the landing pad? Maybe the drones GPS is moving the drone to a lat/lon intersection point.

I just have question, hope you don’t mind.
I tried to used follow me feature in the app. But always get this message pop up. Non-Opticalflow fixed-point mode, Disable. As I checked I did calibrated as instructed, check number of GPS satellite over 10+ found. What seem to be problem? How to fix? Appreciate in advance for any help.
It could be possible that the GPS is turned off.

Hi, Im a newbie. I want to buy drone for some landscape videos/pictures for my travel trip and some leisure activities in weekend. Can you recommend the best stable camera among ZLL models SG906 max, SG907 max and SG908 or other drone within the price range 150-200$ ?

I own the standard Sg907. Good camera but lots of jello. With that three axis gimbal, the sg907 max is a great inexpensive quad. Sure the f11 pro is better, but it costs more too. The 906 max is a bit heavier and might be more stable in higher wind. The 907 is VERY light so anything more than 4 mph is an issue. I will likely upgrade to the 906 max with the 3 axis gimbal. I've looked at the competition and without entering the $300 range, the 906 is the next drone above the 907. If you want a smaller quad, the 907 max is great too.

So far for $200, F11 is best!
I am still trying to get a 32 gb card to work, tried sandisk extreme pro (u3 v30 a20 ) that card wasn't fast enough for Zion 2 as well, but no luck will take photo but no video. what card did you have for this test.

@@RCEscape A few other reviews quote using a 64gb card, but RC parts list who sell sg907 max parts have told me max is 32gb. When I try video from controller, wifi locks and cannot re- connect till after reboot everything. So I will buy a camera board from RC and try again.

I have a 32 gb card, class 10 and it works just great. I think if it's not a class 10, it might not work.
Try to format it first using your phone. Then insert it in the drone. I use old 8g card and new 32g card with no problem.Videos and pictures are saved in the card but only the video can be transferred to phone via wireless . If you want to transfer the pictures you must transfer the card on your phone or laptop. Hope this help.

I have this drone. This would be a perfect drone if ZLL released a firmware update to address the jello when shooting a video. I have tried Davinci Resolve and Power Director for image stabilization. Power Director works belter but not much. The picture quality on the microsd card is very nice at 4k. For the price its a decent little drone.

At Tomtop and other places, will take a lot of time to arrive, price was $100 then with two batteries. I would recommend to save money and buy a sub-250g DJI drone instead. My experience was horrible with the SG907.
What phone are you using? Mine use vivo y12 on drone l106 , when the drone 200 or 300 distance it started to lag so i suspect that my phone was not good enough for the drone
I'm using an old iphone 6 plus.
Must be 5ghz wifi 802.11 ac, I get 1200m video receive, but out to 1360m I still get remote control, but no mobile phone video

@@cangkuk_vlog i bought a used nokia 5 for use with drone, its an older model with 5G 802.11 5G wifi, got it for £50 well over a year ago, it gives me great reception for video up to 800 metres. ful sized screen with really good image resolution, its turned out to be a really solid performer that i only use with the drone.

Most things do operate whilst on a power bank. My guess would be yes.

It's crazy cuz the hardware of the drone seems good yet the camera is worth than my backup camera for my vehicle I don't understand why they put such a horrendous camera but thanks for the review
The flight of the drone is like any other, but the recording is not, you could see more recording of the drone, the square where the recording comes out is very small and is not appreciated

@@RCEscape If you ever do test (GPS) follow-me, then please determine which type. Basically there are two types. 1. String, where it slides to the side and continues to follow from behind. 2. Compass. Where it always stays in compass position relative to you. I much prefer the last type so I can have it fly in front or next to me to keep an eye on it.
Also useful is when you can still use the sticks. And a return-to-controller(phone) when pressing home while in follow-me or right after.
If you really want to go fancy you can put your phone on a RC car. But be careful. Some drones easily go into toilet bowl in follow-me mode! Then you have to run after your car and grab the phone to cancel follow-me! Although, for us viewers that might be fun.
Then of course there is optical active-track. Almost never works on cheap drones. I wouldn't bother. Actually the Tello with Tello-Me app works pretty darn good. Why they didn't include it in the Mini I have no idea.
Anyhow, many people are interested in follow-me or active-track. But I must say you do test features other reviewers don't.

1st off do not buy this drone, because it does not work with android phones at all, there is only 1 type of android phone that works with this drone & do not buy this drone from flightelf, they lie to you, send you the wrong drone & tell you it's your fault, this company needs to be shut down.
Good to know to not order from Flightelf and not get it if you have aAndroid. I am trying Walmart and have a IPhone. Fingers crossed or I will return it with the return window with a updated review
Works ok on my android, but I'm in the UK so the firmware may be slightly different.
