I visited Olten Station in April 2018 on a Tuesday morning. As usual this location stands for many different trains. Local, national and international passenger trains, as well as many freights. This is part 1 of 3.

Is the large black/white building in the background with SBB on the side the signalling Centre?

I have no idea. There is also a building at track 12 (behind the camera position) not visiable in this video, that looks more like a control room.
