Absolutely this particular dungeon had me stuck for probably about 9 months after I received this game Christmas 2000, I didn't get through the Deku Tree until somewhere around September 2001. I was too afraid of the spiders, but then months down the line that fall 2001 I mustered up the courage. Before then every time I played the game I would just go into the Lost Woods and explore for what seemed like hours of childhood time going through every nook and cranny to see if there was some other way out of the forest. I think I may have even gotten to the sacred Forest Meadow
stuck inside the gaping corpse of a dead god, full of hostile wildlife and long solved puzzles, during the seven years of war and destruction, waiting out a storm

Absolutely love this channel. Would love to see one like this but for the Forest Temple. That soft haunting music with the rumble of thunder and rain outside would be incredible. I love how you setup different shots of the rooms around the level. It's enough to make the visual interesting without interrupting how serene it feels

Just imagine a terrible hurricane, the houses of the kokiri get damaged and the deku tree calls them to get inside of him to take shelter. (When it was not a dungeon) The kokiri place their bedrolls and saria plays a lullaby on her ocarina to soothe them.

Hearing this music and seeing this Dungeon takes me back to a time where I was truly happy. It’s amazing how the first dungeon felt so relaxing, despite all the nasty cobwebs and the freaky Skullutas. I love Ocarina of Time
I love this! Makes me really wanna fire up Ocarina of Time again! Although one thing I'd suggest, the rain sounds like you're literally right outside when you're actually inside, so you may want to try finding something that sounds like you're inside of a structure to give it an even more realistic feeling. :)
This is great, but the rain is just a bit loud considering we're deep inside the Deku Tree. Hopefully, Link's gotten rid of the flesh-eating plants and the giant spiders, or it's not going to be a restful night.

POV You're in the personal aquifer under the root hollow of a great dying demigod tree, and across the room is the mouth of a spider's hole which is causing most of the problem. The walls are moist, the air is damp, the tree groans, the water level slowly rises.
This is such a great video, Deku tree is definitely an underrated track in OoT. It's just so calming yet mysterious! I'll be using this to go to sleep to for sure!

I'm not so sure rain sounds would be fitting for Inside Jabu Jabu's Belly, Ice Cavern or Fire Temple. Fire Temple would be more fitting with campfire sounds and Ice Cavern with Blizzard/snowstorm sounds.

Interesting, creative, but I don't think you would hear rain from the lower level of the deku tree... Also, it's an appealing notion on the surface but I don't know if I would want to stay the night inside of a spider-infested dungeon... But good video!
