Hi, this is a very informative video for expat new in netherlands. Do you have meet the 185days stay on the year the foreign driver’s license was issued if you are using the 30% ruling as basis of the exchange? I got my license 1month then left my home country to work in EU.

For 30% ruining you need to fulfil the conditions of work contract, salary and fact that you got hired out of Netherlands. Also, your company applies for your 30% ruling… so without the above conditions you cannot have 30% ruling and exchange license directly

Hello, if you want to do a job switch then your next employer must be a recognised sponsor who can take over your sponsorship from current employer and he should also file for your 30% ruling so that you continue to benefit from it.
Hi thank you for informative video , I have submitted my Indian DL and I have received waiver form to submit the information with which categories I want (A ,B, etc) my doubt is which categories should I select and send them ? On my Indian DL I have permission to drive 2 and 4 wheeler . Please advise thank you 🙂
Hi… you can choose either four wheeler or a four wheeler with a cart if you think you would also require to shift anything in carriage in event of shifting your home etc… the process and even the driving license for two wheeler is completely different… so here only choose the option related four wheeler

Hi… yes if you secure a job when you are out of Netherlands then you are eligible for 30% ruling… if your spouse gets the jobs after coming to Netherlands then he is not eligible… same case happened with me I’m eligible for 30% but not my husband

No it’s not removed.. however it’s validity of 5 years is in question and may change to 3 years.. but nothing is official yet

Hi yea it’s applied on the compensation that includes bonus. And it should be part of your severance pay.
