Can you give us an easy way to make light weight concrete that is strong? Here in the Philippines we're unable to buy barrel roof tiles or anything similar. So, we've been making a terracotta looking cement tile but they are very heavy. I've been getting info on typical light weight concrete but find it to be weak. We need to be able to walk on the roofs for maintenance later but not crack the tiles.

What sort of bed prep is needed ? Is RCS needed, or is that only for blacktop ?
