Discovering Vero Beach- The Historic Downtown Arts & Entertainment District

The revitalized Down Town area of Vero Beach is on the mainland and is centered around where Rt 60 meets 14th Avenue. It features a fun to explore collection of shops, art galleries, restaurants and more! Throughout the year this area is host to monthly and annual events which have become part of the DNA of Vero Beach. Since you posted this video, how has Covid affected the city, activities, tourists and residents? Thanks.

Since Covid set in this past Spring quite a few of the annual activities have taken a year off. Some of the monthly activities like First Friday Stroll and Downtown Friday Night have also hit the pause button. The vast majority of galleries and restaurants have weathered the storm and are open. We are seeing snowbirds come back and there are more folks out and about .... most with masks. Hopefully things will get closer to normal by late Spring 2021
